How do I change my personal password on LifelineOnline?
Logon using your old password and registered username (email address). You’ll also require your group password (available from your Consultant). Once logged on, please use the ‘Change details’ link via the quick find drop down box at the bottom left of the home page. Alternatively, use the link from ‘My journey’ in the left-hand navigation. If you’re unable to logon because you’ve forgotten your old password, please use the forgotten password link on the logon page. You will require your username (email address) to do this.
