Although the default white cursor with a black outline is certainly a classic fixture on PCs everywhere, if this basic cursor doesn’t suit your individual taste, you can change it. Changing the cursor is very easy and will only take a few moments. Once the cursor has been changed, the new cursor settings will become the new default and will be permanent until the settings are changed again. Open the Control Panel and then open the “Mouse” utility. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, you will need to enable “Classic view” to see the Mouse icon.
