• Before migration, sync the device and then clear the entries on the device. • Reinstall the Palm Desktop by following the instructions on the Mobile Device Information page. The Outlook conduit will automatically be installed and should be used to sync the calendar, contacts and tasks. Please contact the IT Service Desk if you need assistance removing the dCal conduit.
