You can change your GameSpot Basic e-mail address, or any other profile information, via the GameSpot Account Management Hub Page. You have to be logged in to GameSpot to access this area. Once there, click on the Modify Your Personal Profile link (you’ll be asked to log in to GameSpot if you aren’t currently logged in). Once on the Edit Profile page, you can make any changes you need.
