HOW DO I CHANGE MY FACILITY FROM USING PLASTIC MEDIA TO AN EnviroStrip® PRODUCT?
• Dry Air: Compressed air should be clean and dried to a 40 degree pressure dew point • Dust Separation: A large media mesh-size range is required for Envirostrip. Change vibratory screens and/or adjust cyclones to allow media in the 12 to 100 mesh size to be returned to the storage hoppers. • Positive displacement media feed valves: allows for accurate media flow and high flow rates if needed (16+ lb/min) • 70 degree angle or incline on all storage hoppers and pressure vessels • New media make-up feeder: provides new media to system as dust/fines are removed.
