How do I change my e-mail address, password, address, phone number or account preferences?
Follow these steps: • Log in to My Providence with your e-mail address and password. • From the My Providence home page, click on the “My Profile” tab at the top. • On the Update personal information and preferences page, select from the second row of tabs at the top to submit changes to your account. Please note: My Providence uses the e-mail address you provide for critical communications related to your account, including notifications when you have unread mail in your message center inbox. Providence Health Plan members: Changes to your My Providence account will not be reflected in your personal information on file with Providence Health Plans (PHP).
