Hi here i list out the steps to be followed to change your dynamic ip address .They are
1.Go to start—>run—>type cmd
2.Type ipconfig /release
3.Type ipconfig /renew
This will automatically change your dynamic ip address.You can also change your ip just by resetting your modem.After your ip is changed have a look at Ip-Details.com to check that whether your network ip is changed or not .Here they display your ISP ip ,country ,latitude ,longitude and so on.

It is not seen on the public side so it really makes no difference to anyone viewing from the Internet because the IP address seen on the Internet is the public IP address. Because of this, your private IP address has no bearing to anyone on the Internet. The common belief is that if you change your private IP address and have been blocked by some public site, the mere private IP address change will allow you back in. It will not. Now to specifically answer your question – The router assigned you an IP address for a duration known as lease life time. If you are still connected when the lease lifetime expires, it is renewed for the duration of the lease lifetime automatically. If you log off and back on before the lease lifetime has expired, you will get the original private IP address. The “ipconfig /release” and “ipconfig /renew” command is the same as a log off and back on. Since lease lifetime had not expired whi
