Hi here i list out the steps to be followed to change your dynamic ip address .They are
1.Go to start—>run—>type cmd
2.Type ipconfig /release
3.Type ipconfig /renew
This will automatically change your dynamic ip address.You can also change your ip just by resetting your modem.After your ip is changed have a look at Ip-Details.com  to check that whether your network ip is changed or not .Here they display your ISP ip ,country ,latitude ,longitude and so on.
