How do I change my automatic bankdraft information?
Complete a bankdraft cancellation form for your old bank account and a bankdraft authorization form for your new one. Return both forms and a voided check (not a deposit slip) from your new account to our office. The completed authorization form and a copy of a voided check are also acceptable, so if you like, you can fax those to our office.
