How do I change my administrative contact email address when I do not have the CIRA user ID and password and the current administrative contact is no longer valid?

If your current administrative contact email address is invalid and you do not have your CIRA account login information, then you will need to read the following information concerning a Manual Change of Administrative Contact information (MCACE). CIRA requires that the domain’s owner fax them the MCACE form signed by a valid witness before they will update the administrative contact information. You will need to visit http://www.cira.ca/en/forms.html and select PDF beside Form under the ‘Manual Change Of Administrative Contact’ heading. Once you have printed and completed these forms on letterhead if applicable, please fax them to our office at 416.535.0237 and we will then create the identification number for your request and fax the material to CIRA with the ID number on your behalf. CIRA requires that the registrar receive the fax first before submitting it to CIRA for approval. This change can take up to 5 CIRA Business Days (CBD) to complete.
