How do I change my account email address(es) and phone number?
To change the following contact information: • Account email • Customer service email • Transactional email • Account promotional email • Communication email Please follow these instructions: • Log in to your account • Click the “Account Settings” tab • Click “Edit” to the right of the “Contact Information” section • Change the appropriate information • Click “Save Changes” • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed as the Account Email • Locate the email and click on the confirmation link included to confirm the changes you made • The link will bring you back to your ClickBank account, which will show the changes have been confirmed REMEMBER: For security purposes, changing your Account Email will prevent changes to your Payee Name or street address for seven days following the Account Email address change.
