How do I change an Account Manager s or Agent s level of access?
You can change an access level from Account Agent to Account Manager or from Account Manager to Account Agent by visiting the Permissions Summary by User page. There you ll find the names of the Account Managers and Agents you ve designated. Click on the appropriate link to assign or remove access. Please note that when changing access levels, you will be asked to remove and re-add that User. This is a security measure we use to protect your Card account information.
