How do I change add contacts that receive copies of my Online Payment statements?
Fill out the Financial Information Update form. Secondary Financial Contacts receive copies of statements, but do not have authority to make changes to bank account information on file with Auctionpay. The client request will become effective after Auctionpay confirms the request by contacting the account owner of record.
