Remove Watch CoverTurn the Timex Ironman watch over and remove the four screws securing the back panel with a miniature Phillips screwdriver. Lift the cover off, exposing the circuit board and watch battery.Replace BatteryRead the instructions on the sticker covering the battery, noting the arrow that points to the AC reset switch on the board. Peel the sticker off, keeping it intact so that you can reapply it after you replace the battery. Remove the screw securing the battery clip if your version has one. Note that some Timex Ironman watches have two screws securing the battery clip. Extract the battery.
