Once an itinerary has been issued, all changes will need to be made through Carlson Wagonlit Travel either by email (caltrans@carlsonwagonlit.com) or phone at (916) 852-9865 or (800) 860-3984 to make changes to your reservations. Caltrans’ travel counselors at Carlson Wagonlit Travel are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
