How do I change a password on a UITS departmental email account?
There are two answers to this. 1. For older departmental accounts that are NOT shared folders: Go to the https://account.arizona.edu/departments.html web page and follow the directions listed. 2. The new type of ‘shared folder’ departmental accounts are tied to an authorized users UA netid and password. You do not and cannot directly change the password for a ‘shared folder’ departmental account.
