I clicked on join xbox live and made a new profile but with a different email address. But when it asked me to create a gamertag i used the same name as my normal profile but put a random number on the end, and it became an xbox live profile and has all my achievements and saved games on it. If your normal profile name is just your own name, nothing else change it first to something different incase when it comes to the xbox live gamertag it may not be available.
