The scan forms released by GEDTS and The Scoring Center are expressly designed for this purpose and therefore allow our system and the GEDTS database to be updated automatically. When an examinee needs to change his name or address, have him complete the Name/Address Change Form in the English or Spanish version and submit it with his tests.
