How Do I Change A Large Blade Type Fuse (3ph A/C)?

First of all, check to see if power can be disconnected at the main distribution panel (MDP), next use a fuse puller to pull fuse, if you don’t have a fuse puller but were able to turn off power, grasp the fuse in the center and just pull the fuse towards yourself, it should come loose of it’s clamp type power supply. Next take your new fuse and place the top and bottom section onto the outside of the clamps you pulled the old fuse from. Push steadily and evenly until the clamps separate and grasp the new fuse. Make sure it is seated firmly. Finally restore power to the circuit.
