OK, mine is a 2004 but I will “Assume” they are similar. When you open the hood you will see the black plasitc cover that runs the length of the front of the car. It has little circular plastic “Holders” that need to be removed on the side you are working. Now these “Holders” are removed by pulling up on the center of them, NOT the outer edges. There is a tool that is like 7 bucks that is used for this but if you use a flat edge screw driver and pry up around the center “Button” that should work. Once the center pops up then pull it out. Once you have gotten those off and can move the cover some look at both sides of the light on the back side of the assembly. On both sides you will see a small flat metal part that is maybe a 1/4 inch wide. Also just for reference you will see a hex head screw staring up at you and these tabs are right behind those. So Push those tabs back easy and pull up on them. These are what hold the light assembly in place. Once you get those off just carefully p
