You have two options. In your Account Directory, you’ll see the guest users who have access for each interactive Quicken file. Click on Edit next to a guest user’s name to go to the edit guest user preferences page. On this page, you can change a guest user’s access privileges. To change the access privilege, check or uncheck the appropriate privilege next to each file under Access to Files. The guest user will not have access to the file if both Upload and Download are unchecked. Note that selecting Download but not Upload prevents the user from uploading the file. Click Update and the changes have been made. You may change these access privileges at any time. Alternatively, click on Guest Users in the navigation bar, which will take you to the directory of guest users page. This directory lists each guest user in your account along with their access privileges (see FAQ 29) for each file. Clicking on the name will bring you to the edit guest user preferences page.
