How do I change a building / room assignment in a scheduled event?
To edit the room assignment for a scheduled event, find the event record on the Events tab in Astra Schedule and double click to open it. If using Astra Schedule version 5.2, find the meeting row corresponding to meeting you wish to edit at the bottom of the screen and double click it. That will bring up the “Select Rooms For Meetings” window. A list of buildings and rooms will be displayed on the left side of the window and a column corresponding to the meeting day and time will appear on the right. Find the room that is currently selected and click the appropriate cell for that room in the right hand column to remove the current meeting assignment. Then select a new room by clicking on the corresponding cell in the right hand column. Then click the “Finish” button. If using Astra Schedule version 6.0 (or higher) or Astra Platinum, after opening the event record, select the “Meetings” tab at the bottom of the Event Information window.
