There are an increasing number of money-shops opening up, where all you need to do is take two or three forms of I.D. e.g. passport/driving licence plus two recent household bills or a bank statement (less than three months old) plus one household bill in your name and showing your current address then, for a small charge, they will cash your money orders for you.
