While the video is playing, press Ctrl+I (that’s I for Ivory). Save as BMP to preserve the most quality. Another way is to reduce the Video Acceleration to None and using the good ol’ Print Screen button. However, restore back the Video Acceleration once you’re done as it could affect video performance.
