How do I Cange B-1 Statistical Bases or Descriptions?

To modify W/S B-1 Bases or Labels, Click on Edit > Add/Delete Cost Centers on the Drop Down Screen, Click on the Line you wish to changed, and in the middle right of this screen, you will see “Stat Code” and “Stat Label”. The Stat Code represents the Stats to be used (e.g., 01 = Square Feet). To use a Stat in a subsequent column (e.g., Square Feet in Col 1 also used for Cols 7 & 8), enter the same Stat Code (e.g., 01) for Line/Column 7 & 8 and during the Calculation, Stat Code 01 will be copied. Use Stat Code, “S”, for Salary, to copy W/S A, Col 1, Plus or Minus any A-6 Salary Reclassifications. Use Stat Code, “C”, for Charges, to copy W/S C, Col 8, Total Charges (note: Line 62 charges will be added to Line 25). To use Accumlated Cost as a statistic, use the “#” sign or any negative Stat Code (e.g., -06, -07, -21, -55, etc). To change descriptions, simply type over the Stat Label. Labels are limited to 12 character in each box (e.g., two line descriptions).
