To cancel your TeleNav service, please call Customer Care at 888.353.6284 for assistance. Customers who are direct-billed through Sprint can also cancel their TeleNav plan through the Content Manager on the phone. When you select to erase the TeleNav application from your phone, it will ask if you want to cancel your subscription as well.
