How do I cancel PreferredPay™?
To cancel PreferredPay™, send an e-mail to customerwebmail@idahopower.com. In the body of the e-mail, state that you would like to discontinue PreferredPay™ and include the date you would like to cancel the program on. Be sure to include the following information as well: • Your account number • Your name • Your address Please note: A 30 day notice is preferred, but we will do our best to accommodate the date requested. You should receive a confirmation e-mail within two to three business days. If you prefer, a letter containing the same information can be mailed to the following address: Idaho Power P.O.
