A. Log in and click on “View Statements” and click “CANCEL EBILL” at the bottom of the page. Your statement history will be available for you online for 30 days. Statements that appear in your statement history are not mailed and will be your responsibility to manage online.

Important Note: If we have posted a statement to your online account prior to cancellation, a paper statement (for your current payment) will not be mailed to you. You will still be required to send in your payment by the due date. Future statements will be mailed to you.
