How do I cancel MyExtras?
For the downloaded version of MyExtras you may choose to simply turn off sound notifications or you may delete the application. You may also choose to contact customer support at myextrassupport@mobileposse.com where they can suspend your account. If you change your mind, you are welcome to re-enroll at any time. If MyExtras was already on your phone when you purchased it then just enter MyExtras and go to ‘options’ under the main menu. From here you may choose to turn off all notifications and audible alerts. You may also choose to suspend your account by contacting myextrassupport@mobileposse.com.
