How do I cancel my Webshots Premium membership and when will the cancellation be effective?
• A – To cancel your subscription, first go to My Account and click on “Cancel Premium Membership.” Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the monthly or yearly term (depending on the billing cycle you chose) in which you cancelled. Please be advised that your photo storage capacity will go back to the capacity of a free Webshots account, 1,000 photos. Photos above that limit will be placed on hold and will be inaccessible. You will also lose all of your other Premium benefits. Your Webshots member name and password will remain the same so that you may continue to use our free service.
