Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Monthly Membership: To cancel automatic renewal of your monthly membership at any time , you must notify the company by e-mail at support@prcycle.com or contact customer care at 925.447.6073. All cancellations received by the Company will be effective upon receipt. No Pro-Rated Refunds for Cancellation of Monthly Membership. If You cancel Your Monthly Membership, or if Your membership is cancelled by the Company, Your username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current Monthly Subscription period and that You will be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your Monthly Membership until the end of such period. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if You cancel Your Monthly Membership before the end of the then current Monthly Subscription Period.
