How do I cancel an Independent Use Account using the new Master Account?

Otherwise, to cancel your ALEKS Independent Use Account, follow these steps: • Log in to your Master Account. • If you have multiple students enrolled in ALEKS, please select the student’s name from the drop-down under Student Accounts. • Click “Edit Student Account.” • Under More Options at the bottom of the page, click “Take the exit survey and delete this student account.” • Repeat steps above for each Student Account you would like to cancel.
