How do I cancel an Independent Use Account using the Master Account?
If this decision is due to unresolved technical issues, please browse our online help or contact customer support for assistance. An Independent Use Account may be canceled at any time prior to the next payment due date by following these instructions for each Student Account you would like to cancel: • Log in to your Master Account. • Click on “Edit Billing Options.” • Select the Student Account you would like to cancel. • Under “More Options,” click on “Cancel student account at end of payment term.” • Complete the brief exit survey. After completing the survey, click on the “Yes” button to cancel future payments for this Student Account. A confirmation email will be sent to you that contains the actual date the cancellation will be effective (immediately prior to the next payment due date).
