How do I cancel an airline and/or automobile reservation if I have not received the final trip itinerary from Carlson Wagonlit Travel?
• Login to ResX. • From the Home page, click on Trip List. • Under “Pending Trips”, click Cancel beside the appropriate trip. If Carlson Wagonlit Travel has issued the final itinerary for a reservation, the cancel option is not available. You will need to contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel either by email at caltrans@carlsonwagonlit.com or phone at (916) 852-9865 or (800) 860-3984 to cancel your reservation. Caltrans travel counselors at Carlson Wagonlit Travel are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. If the ticket is non-refundable the reservation must be cancelled prior to flying time or the value of the ticket may be lost.
