How do I cancel a withdraw transaction or deposit transaction if it has not reached its destination yet?
You will need to submit a support ticket from within your StrictPay account requesting our funding department to cancel the request. If the funds have not been transferred yet, our funding department will cancel the request for you. We must have the cancellation request submitted via support ticket so we know it is actually a request from the account holder.
