Contacting the League Referee Scheduler at least 24 hours in advance is necessary to ensure that a referee does not show up to the cancelled game, and enables a referee to be paid by the League for the rescheduled game. Otherwise, the coach(es) are responsible for paying the referee for the rescheduled game. The League Referee Scheduling phone number is 573-5255, which the League Referee Scheduler checks frequently. Contacting the League Referee Scheduler is not necessary for weather cancellations.
