How do I cancel a Marketplace order if the requisition hasn been approved (is in Pending status)?
You can cancel an entire order or selected line items in the requisition by withdrawing it immediately following submission. The Withdraw action is only available if the requisition is in Pending status awaiting requisition approval. To withdraw an entire requisition: • From the Marketplace home page >My Action Items>My Orders, click the requisition number to open it. • Select the action Withdraw Entire Requisition, then click Go. • Type “Requisition cancelled” and provide a reason for the withdrawal/ cancellation. • Click Save. To withdraw selected line items: • From the Marketplace home page >My Action Items>My Orders and click the requisition number to open it. • Click the checkbox(es) on the right side next to each line item you want to withdraw. • Select the action Withdraw Selected Items from the drop-down menu immediately below the Supplier/ Line Item Details line. • Type “Line item (provide line number) cancelled” and provide a reason for withdrawal/ cancellation. • Click Save.
