How do I cancel a false alarm to keep the police or fire department from arriving?
As soon as you have determined that the alarm is false and a dispatch by the police of fire department is not needed, you may call the Central Station, (800) 441-3662 and speak to an operator to cancel the alarm. You will be asked for your account number and verification code (if applicable). If called soon enough, they should be able to cancel the request for service with the police or fire department.
