Start with dispenser turned off and re-fill machine with a fresh tank of water. Add a known amount of chemical (whatever amount is required for the quantity of water used) by hand into the water, then run the machine to mix thoroughly. Make sure the concentration range is set to LOW and that the pot is turned all the way down (counter-clockwise) then turn the dispenser power on. Slowly turn the concentration pot clockwise until dispenser feeds, then turn it back slightly until the feed stops. If the unit does not feed in LOW range, turn the pot back down, switch to the HIGH range, and repeat the steps for turning the pot up.
