Hi Gloria, I just had my daughter meet with a nutritionist yesterday because her triglycerides were extremely high and the doc turned me on to a web site called “calorieking.com” I think you can type in all the ingredients you use and the site will give you nutrition info on them. If you get to it before I do let me know what you think. Otherwise I’ll post it here.
