How do I buy TrueLook for my business?
TrueLook products have two tiers: TrueLook OnDemand which is hosted in our state of the art data center for you and delivered entirely as service over the web, and the TrueLook Licensed server appliance: TrueLook OnDemand is a multi-faceted service that is purchased from TrueLook based on a monthly fee. The fee covers the cost of Internet bandwidth, installation support, technical support, the TrueLook service and may include the cost of the camera device. The Licensed server appliance is an Intel-based server-class computer running RedHat Linux 9 and the TrueLook server software. A license key defines how many camera devices may be attached to it. There is no limit to the number of concurrent users who may use the service. Performance is dependent upon the power of the server, the amount of bandwidth to the camera devices and the health of the network on which the users operate.
