How do I buy a Homebase conservatory?
• Discuss your requirements in store with the Homebase conservatory advisor, or by phoning the Conservatory Help line on 0870 242 1847. • Before placing your order, double check that the size and style of conservatory you have chosen fits into the space you have available. Existing structural features such as manhole covers, drainage pipes etc will need to be relocated, so consult your builder on this. • Place your order in store with the Homebase conservatory advisor and choose a finance option if paying with a Homebase card. • Our supplier will contact you within seven days of your order being placed to check all information and book a convenient delivery date. Delivery is within 28 days of your order being placed. • Written confirmation of your order, fitting instructions, base plans, and information on preparing the base for your conservatory will be posted to you at home within seven days.
