Add at least 2 or 3 ft. to bury in holes in which you will also pour concrete. Plumb the posts as the concrete sets and cures. Treated lumber and galvanized screws and nails for construction, creating floor framing and floor surface first, then build up. The construction can be similar to a regular frame house.
