• Open a WYLDCAT session and and search for the title of the request you wish to build rota for. Note the libraries that own the item. (VDX location codes are usually the 3 or 4 letter codes i.e. RIVT for FREM-RIVT, Riverton Branch, SWTR for Sweetwater) • Click Action button beside the request you wish to build the Rota for • Action Request screen appears. Click submit. • The request is now in edit mode. Click Rota button. • Add the library code(s) you noted from WYLDCAT in the data well and click add to the righthand side of the data well. • Click Main button at the top. • Click on Authorization status and select “To be Authorized”. • Click Submit. Request status will change from Idle to Pending once the system has started processing the request.
