How do I browse and search BioModels Database?
There are two main ways in which the BioModels Database can be browsed: • The homepage of BioModels provides a list of available models, for both curated and non-curated models. This list is also available on the static top menu bar of each page on the website, and is marked ‘browse models’. The search facility is also available in this manner. • The alternative to list-based browsing is to use the tree view of deposited models, which utilises a pruned sub-tree of the Gene Ontology. In this way, models can be located within which there are elements annotated with the GO term of interest, This method is available from the ‘browse models’ drop down menu as ‘curated models in tree view’. Once you have identified the model of interest, you can click the link to reach the model description page. Access to further information is offered here through a variety of tabs.
