How do I bridge Customer Information from ITC Turbo Rater?
First you have to make sure that Turbo Rater Bridge has been properly setup with InsurancePro. You can only bridge data when you have completely rated a policy, and selected the company you want to sell the Insurance Policy with. Form the Insurance Application screen, click on Break Down and then select Send To. If the bridge has properly been setup, then you should see InsurancePro in the list. Click on InsurancePro to transfer information about the policy. Wait for a few moments, and you should see a message saying, Data bridged successfully. If you see an error message, please contact InsurancePro for details. Once you have received confirmation of successful data transfer, start InsurancePro if it was not already running. From the Main Menu, click on Options, and then click on Load Bridged Data from Rater. All the clients that you have bridged from ITC Turbo Rater to InsurancePro should be listed here. Select the ones that you want to upload into InsurancePro, and click on Upload.
