How do I borrow the smokers lungs shown in the Fall 2007 Idaho Health magazine?
Sorry, but the smoker’s lungs aren’t available for loan to the public. They are frequently in use with Central District Health Department’s participation in health fairs and worksite presentations. The lungs are also used by our tobacco prevention partners who include the American Lung Association’s T.A.T.U. (Teens Against Tobacco Use) program, Project Filter, the Smokefree 83 race car, and the Idaho Academy of Family Physician’s “Tar Wars” program.
