If you are unable or unsure of how to go about adding BTinternet as a bookmark on your phone then you should refer to your phone manual or speak to your mobile phone operator. Please Note All Phone.com browsers do not support bookmarking (this means all Motorola Phones) when used with the Genie gateway. This is not a problem with the BTinternet WAP portal. The Phone.com browser in the phone, requires a Phone.com WAP gateway to be used by the cellular service provider. The provider must have the bookmarking feature enabled for the bookmarking facility to be used.
