How do I book travel with BizX?
BizXchange can help you plan for and book business and pleasure travel worldwide. All travel arrangements must be booked through the BizX Travel Department at (425) 998-5020 (800) 939-BIZX (2499). Booking requests should be accompanied by a completed Travel Request form (available on our member website or through your BizX Account Executive). The BizX Travel Broker must receive a signed copy of a Travel Request form for travel arrangements before they will confirm reservations. Our Travel Department will make every reasonable effort to fill travel requests within your specified budget. However, as with cash travel, travel availability and arrangements cannot be guaranteed and certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Booked travel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Once confirmed, cancelled travel arrangements may be subject to cancellation fees.
