How do I book the Divalicious Chocolate Fountain for my event?
You can reserve your Divalicious Chocolate Fountain by: filling out our reservation form (pdf or word document) and emailing or faxing the form to us;calling us at 718.522.7266 and we can send you the form by mail. We will get back to you to arrange your rental. We require a signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a fountain for your event. Reservations are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your reservation is confirmedand two contracts. The balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the date of your event.
