How do I book tests and exams that are to be written in Disability Services?
Please come to B103 Trafalgar or to B230 Davis at least seven days prior to your test date(s). Notify the office of your test time and the accommodations that you will require. You will be given an envelope to give to your instructor. The instructor will bring the test to Disability Services in the envelope you have provided. If you schedule a test for a time other than the class time, you must negotiate this with your instructor and have him/her initial a change.
